I am so glad I made the switch to Portland Dental. This change was recent due to my other dentist selling his practice. I am SOOOOOOO Happy with the entire team. They are professional, personable, and REALLY CARE. I went in recently for my first implant appointment. I had no idea what to expect and was really silently shaking. Once Dr. Davis and the entire team came in I was immediately put at ease. I had no clue what to expect but I knew I was in good hands. This is the first time I have not had to grip my hands on something in anticipation of pain. Kudos to this group!! I am singing praises to everyone!! THANK YOU!!!

This is just a great dental practice. I came in as that patient who has a white-knuckle grip on the arms of the chair the whole time I'm there. There's never any pain, but I'm always prepared!) I had to laugh at the one-star review from "anonymous" regarding a root canal. Here's my guess as to the rest of that story: if the dentist was the only person there, it must have been a weekend or after hours, and this person (non-patient I suspect) called in as an emergency, and the dentist squeezed him/her into the schedule because of reported pain. If they didn't think it appropriate that the already scheduled patients should be treated as priority, well, that's life. Why would this person expect a "discount" for being seen without appointment on an emergency basis? I'd bet the only time this person sees a dentist is when the pain forces them to call in as an emergency, never calls the same dentist twice, and is always "not a happy camper". I for one am a very happy and appreciative camper!
