Meet Dr. Davis
Dr. Peter is a Lewiston native. He left the state for boarding school at the age of 14 but made it back home 16 years later after graduating from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2000. Upon returning to Maine with his wife, Dr. Michelle (whom he met at Tufts), Dr. Davis joined his father’s (Dr. James Davis) practice in Lewiston.
In 2004 he and Dr. Michelle purchased the Lewiston practice, re-organized it as Central Maine Dental Health Care Center, where he remained until its sale in 2014 when he decided to join Dr. Michelle at the Portland office. Dr. Davis resides in Falmouth with his wife, Dr. Michelle and their 11 dogs. He enjoys traveling, blacksmithing and flying all over the northeast both recreationally and for the Italian Greyhound Rescue.
Clinical Interests
Clinical interests include all aspects of general dentistry with an emphasis on dental implant-related surgery, advanced bone grafting, soft-tissue surgery, implant placement and restoration with or without the use of multiple drug enteral and/or parenteral sedation/anesthesia techniques.
