Scheduling

Portland Dental Health Care is open Monday through Wednesday from 8am until 8pm, Thursday and Friday 8am until 5pm and select Saturdays 8am until noon.

Central Maine Dental Health Care is open Monday through Thursday 8am until 7pm and select Fridays by appointment only. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We value your time highly and try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact the practices provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may arise that can lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Unlike many offices, we do not “double book” appointments in anticipation of patient failures. We believe that when you schedule an appointment with us, the time is yours. As a result, we will make a courtesy confirmation call to verify your attendance 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel and/or re-schedule an appointment, we ask that you do it within the same 48-hour timeframe to allow us time to fill that slot with another patient who may need it.
